Email help@davidb.app with your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, and what happened. A description or screenshot is usually a good place to start. Only attach a video if you are comfortable sharing it and have permission from anyone shown.
Start with one shot
Tap + in Library to import a video, or Record to film practice. Save the clip, open it, and use the frame arrows to find your release. Tap the playback speed control for half or quarter speed.
Draw a cue
Tap Draw for lines and circles. Open Overlays for an alignment grid or body tracking. Tracking works best with one clearly visible player, a steady camera, and good light. Joint positions are estimates, so check them against the video.
Compare two clips
Tap Select in Library, choose two clips, then Compare. Use clips filmed from the same angle and match the playback position before reviewing the movement.
Keep your practice organized
Open Details to choose a shot type, add tags, or record a voice note. Favorite the clips you want to revisit.
Camera, microphone, or Photos trouble
Open iOS Settings, then Apps → Basketball Draw (or Basketball Draw directly on older iOS versions) to review permissions. Camera access is needed for recording; the microphone is used for video sound and voice notes. You can import a saved video without enabling the camera.
Export and protect your clips
Use the share control to export an annotated photo or video to Photos, Files, or another app. Keep exported copies of important clips. The app library is stored locally; removing the app removes its local data unless it can be restored from your device backup. Exported copies and backups are managed separately.
Purchases and refunds
Basketball Draw is a paid-upfront app with no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Apple handles purchases and refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
